Kashka Nicole Peñol has almost six (6) years of professional experience across various fields, including legal compliance, corporate operations, regulatory documentation, human resources, and customer relations. She is a Certified Paralegal (“CePL”) accredited by the Certified Paralegals and Legal Researchers Training Center Inc., a Certified Human Resource Associate (“CHRA”) conferred by the Human Resource Educators' Association of the Philippines, and a holder of the Civil Service Honor Graduate Eligibility (“HGE”) granted by the Civil Service Commission.
She earned her Bachelor of Public Administration (“BPA”) degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, graduating as Magna Cum Laude. Her academic achievements, combined with her practical experience, reflect her strong commitment to professionalism, excellence, and continuous development.
Currently serving as Compliance Associate and Corporate Paralegal at Mendoza Navarro-Mendoza and Partners Law Offices, Ms. Peñol handles compliance management, corporate documentation, and operational support for the Firm and its clients. Prior to joining the Firm, she served as Corporate Paralegal at a solar energy corporation, where she further developed her expertise in regulatory compliance, legal records management, and energy sector documentation.
Ms. Peñol also gained extensive professional experience from business process outsourcing (BPO) organizations, where she developed strong communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills while working in fast-paced and high-performance environments.
She likewise completed internships with the Development Academy of the Philippines, the House of Representatives of the Philippines, and a law firm, where she contributed to legal support, operational strategy, data analysis, and public engagement initiatives.
