Kim Rafael R. Liat

He joined the Firm in September 2023 as a Compliance Associate and Paralegal. A graduate of the double-degree program in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Legal Studies from University of Saint Louis in 2023, Kim was consistently recognized as a President’s Lister from 2019 to 2022. He was also a recipient of student leadership awards and actively participated in various academic, civic, and youth organizations throughout his collegiate years.

 

Prior to joining the Firm, Kim served as a Paralegal at Bersamin–Maestre Law Office in Tuguegarao City, where he assisted in the handling of criminal and civil matters. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in legal research, preparation of legal documents, and basic court procedures. He likewise completed several trainings in paralegal work and legal document preparation.

 

At present, Kim focuses on real estate transactions, property management, due diligence, and other matters relating to real property and corporate compliance. 

 

He is a Senior Compliance Associate of the firm.
