Kim joined the Firm in September 2023 and is now a Senior Compliance Associate. A Political Science and Legal Studies graduate from University of Saint Louis (2023), he previously worked as a Paralegal at Bersamin–Maestre Law Office, where he built expertise in legal research and document preparation. He currently specializes in real estate transactions, property management, due diligence, and corporate compliance.

Bea Mahaguay is a Cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a strong background in governance and public administration. She joined the Firm to apply her research, analytical, and critical thinking skills to compliance and organizational work.

Kash holds a Bachelor of Public Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is a Certified Paralegal (CePL) and Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA). With almost six years of experience in legal compliance, corporate operations, and human resources, she currently serves as Compliance Associate and Corporate Paralegal at Mendoza Navarro-Mendoza and Partners Law Offices, where she manages compliance, corporate documentation, and operational support.
