MPLaw was founded in 2006 with one purpose: to practice law at a higher standard of service, honour, and excellence.
Twenty years later, the Firm has grown around the trust of its clients, the calibre of its people, and its refusal to lower that standard.
Today, MPLaw is a multidisciplinary firm of lawyers, CPAs, and other professionals handling consequential legal, business, financial, and personal matters.

Our Founders
Founding & Managing Partner
For more than three decades, Atty. Mendoza has practiced in areas where law, business, taxation, finance, and family wealth intersect.
He is a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. His practice covers civil and corporate disputes, tax controversy before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Court of Tax Appeals, appellate work through the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, and matters involving business succession, estate planning, and family wealth transfer.
His practice draws on both his legal training and his accounting background — addressing the legal, financial, and tax dimensions of a matter in the same engagement.
Co-Founder & Senior Partner
Atty. Navarro-Mendoza has practiced at the intersection of law, taxation, accounting, banking, and business since her admission to the Philippine Bar in 1980, where she placed ninth.
She is a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. Her practice covers taxation, corporate and commercial law, banking, immigration, and estate planning. Before founding the Firm in 2006, she practiced at Joaquin Cunanan & Co. (Price Waterhouse) and Punongbayan & Araullo (Ernst & Young), and served at the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Having practiced first at Philippine affiliates of the major international accounting firms, she brings the perspective of both legal counsel and tax practitioner to her engagements. She has been considered for nomination as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
