Before pursuing her legal studies, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of the Philippines, where she graduated at the top of her class as Valedictorian and Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Philosophy. This academic foundation has equipped her with strong writing and analytical skills that she applies in her legal practice.  

 

Her legal educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman, which she attained in 2022.  She was then admitted to the Integrated Bar in May 2022 and joined MPLaw in December 2023.  

 

Eunice has demonstrated competence in providing legal advice to clients and handling litigation matters in the specialized area of Labor and Employment law for a year in one of the prestigious law firms known for specializing on labor matters, the Nograles Law Offices.     

  

She is now specializing in the application of labor and employment law for the Firm’s clients.  She advices employer-clients on hiring and termination, company policies, compliance with labor standards and social legislation, and the handling of employee grievances and disciplinary cases. She maintains an active litigation practice in civil and labor cases, representing clients before trial courts and quasi-judicial bodies.  Her work includes handling disputes involving contracts, property, employment, family cases, and fraud-related offenses, as well as drafting pleadings, appearing in hearings, and providing strategic advice on cases and settlements
