His educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman, which he attained in 2021. He was also the recipient of the UPLAW Legal Aide Award with Distinction.  Before pursuing his legal studies, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration in Diliman, where he graduated as one of the top of his class as Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.   

 

He was then admitted to the Integrated Bar in July 2022, he joined the Firm in April 2025. Atty. Roby has demonstrated excellence in Law School where he graduated among the top of his batch with GWA 1.9771 and awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence.   

  

He excelled in special project, corporate work, contract preparation and legal research while working with the Firm of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz (ACCRA) as associate attorney from the period February 2022 to March 2025.   

  

He is now specializing in corporate work and regulatory housekeeping for the Firm’s clients.  He leads the Firm’s compliance team in assisting clients with SEC and BIR registrations, and filings, maintenance of corporate records, preparation of board and shareholders’ resolutions, and review and drafting of contracts and internal policies.  He also has a budding experience in litigation, having been involved in handling civil cases for the Firm’s clients.  His work includes legal research, drafting of pleadings, and appearances before courts and quasi-judicial bodies, complementing his corporate practice with exposure to dispute resolution.
